How to track your package

We mainly use SF-Express for domestic and overseas shipments because they provide door-to-door pickup and provide electronic customs declaration services. Please note that when the package leaves mainland China, it may be delivered to their logistics partners. Some of our users have reported that in the US, it is sometimes delivered by DHL or UPS.

Unless otherwise specified, we will purchase insurance for all packages by default, and if they are lost, they will be reissued.
