Starting in 2023, we signed a contract with FedEx, so products purchased from our official online store will be shipped from China via FedEx. Based on past experience, delivery typically takes about one week. However, the exact time may vary depending on FedEx's schedule and customs clearance procedures. These factors are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding.

Please note that your order may incur related taxes and fees during shipment. These are collected by the customs authority in your country and are not included in the fees we charge, so you will need to pay them.

Starting in 2024, we have established a warehouse on Long Island, New York, USA. Orders from the United States will be prioritized to ship from New York via USPS, provided the item is in stock at the warehouse, rather than being sent from China. However, as the US warehouse ships items randomly, we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will have the latest firmware pre-installed. Please check the firmware version upon receipt and upgrade it yourself if necessary.
