LA-EA4r : How to enable Manual Focus

After conversion, the shortcut menu of camera will have Manual Focus option disabled.
Manual Focus mode could be enabled with a customized bottom. Pick any bottom you feel handy, set it as AF/MF switch in camera settings.
Press once to enter MF mode, one more press will bring AF back.
